About Zoho Vault

Zoho Vault is Zoho's password manager. The free personal plan stores unlimited passwords and passkeys across unlimited devices, with autofill, a password generator, a built-in 2FA authenticator and desktop apps for Mac and Windows. Paid business tiers add secure sharing with teammates, one-time sharing with outsiders, admin controls, password policies, audit reports and, at higher levels, SSO, directory integration and privileged access features. It is priced per user per month at a lower level than most enterprise rivals, with a 15-day trial on paid plans and volume discounts. Vault integrates with Zoho's identity platform and other Zoho apps, but also works on its own. It suits small and mid-sized businesses, especially those already using Zoho, that want a low-cost team password manager.

Best for: Small and mid-sized businesses, especially Zoho customers, that want a low-cost team vault.
