About AdGuard DNS

AdGuard DNS is AdGuard's cloud DNS service. You point a device, router or whole network at it, and it blocks ads, trackers and malicious domains before they load, with no app needed on most devices. A free public resolver is available to anyone, and the account-based service adds a dashboard with per-device statistics, custom rules, blocklists, parental controls with safe search and screen-time schedules, and support for encrypted DNS protocols. A free Starter plan comes with every account, and paid Personal and Team plans raise limits and add features; AdGuard VPN subscribers get Personal included. It works on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS and routers. As with any DNS blocker, it can't remove ads served from the same domain as content, and you are trusting AdGuard with your DNS queries.

Best for: Households wanting DNS filtering and parental controls without running a server.
