About Agenda

Agenda is a notes app for Mac, iPhone and iPad that organises notes along a timeline. Notes live in projects, and each note can be linked to a date or a calendar event, so you can prepare for an upcoming meeting, take notes during it and see what came before, all in one scrolling view. It supports rich text, tags, people mentions, attachments, reminders, templates, related notes and search, syncs through iCloud or Dropbox, and adds actions, Shortcuts, callback links and an MCP server so AI tools can search, read and write notes. The app is free to download with the core features; Premium features are a one-off purchase that unlocks everything released during the following year, which you keep permanently. It needs a fairly recent Apple operating system, and there is no Windows, Android or web version. The trade-offs are the Apple-only reach and a focus on meetings and projects rather than a linked knowledge base. It suits people who live in meetings and plans.

Best for: Apple users who want meeting and project notes tied to their calendar.
