About AITable.ai

AITable.ai is the hosted service built on APITable, an open-source, API-oriented spreadsheet-database. It provides datasheets with typed fields, links between tables and grid, gallery, kanban, Gantt, calendar and architecture views, plus forms, dashboards with widgets, automations and a REST API. Recent work centres on AI: agents and chatbots can be trained on your datasheets to answer questions or act on records. A notable pricing difference is that plans are sold with unlimited seats rather than per user, with limits set on records, file nodes and AI credits instead. Integrations run through Zapier, Make, Pabbly and similar tools. The open-source APITable code, licensed under AGPL, can be self-hosted, and an enterprise self-hosted plan is also offered. It runs in the browser. The service is less known in Western markets, documentation is uneven, and the open-source repository moves more slowly than the hosted product, so check that the features you need are present in the version you plan to run.
