About BILL
BILL, formerly Bill.com, automates the money moving in and out of a business. On the payables side it captures supplier invoices, routes them through approval rules and pays by ACH, card, check or international transfer; on the receivables side it sends invoices, chases payments and records them. It syncs with QuickBooks, Xero and, on higher plans, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics, and many US accounting firms run client bill pay through it. BILL also includes spend and expense management with corporate cards (the former Divvy product). Pricing is per user per month across Essentials, Team, Corporate and Enterprise tiers, plus per-transaction fees for some payment methods. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. It is not a general ledger: you still need accounting software, and the per-user and per-payment costs can add up for teams with many approvers.
Best for: US businesses and accounting firms that want to automate bill approvals and payments.
