About Boardmix
Boardmix is an online whiteboard that combines an infinite canvas with sticky notes, flowcharts, mind maps, documents and presentation slides in one workspace. It leans heavily on AI, with tools to generate mind maps, flowcharts, presentations and images from prompts, and offers a broad template library for brainstorming, planning and diagrams. Real-time collaboration, comments and version history are included. The free plan allows a limited number of editable boards with a cap on objects per board and standard-definition export. Paid Starter plans are priced per member at a low monthly rate, AI tiers add more AI credits, and Boardmix also sells one-off lifetime plans per seat, which are unusual in this category. It runs in the browser, with desktop and mobile apps also offered. As a younger product its integrations with Western work tools are thinner than Miro's, and buyers should weigh the long-term value of lifetime deals, but it is an inexpensive option with a lot of features.
Best for: Budget-conscious individuals and small teams who want AI-assisted boards and lifetime pricing.
