About Collaboard

Collaboard is an online whiteboard developed in Switzerland for workshops, meetings, teaching and brainstorming, with a strong emphasis on data protection. It provides an infinite canvas with sticky notes, drawing, shapes, documents, media and more than two hundred templates, plus presentation mode, voting, timers and guest access. Data is hosted in Germany, Switzerland or the Netherlands, and Enterprise customers can self-host or choose a private deployment, which appeals to public institutions, schools and companies with strict compliance rules. A free plan lets you try it alone or with a small group, with a limited number of boards and participants per board, while Basic and Advanced plans are priced per user and add unlimited boards, guests, bigger uploads and exports; Enterprise adds SSO and custom security. Pricing is shown in US dollars, euros or Swiss francs, and there are special offers for education. It runs in the browser. Its ecosystem of integrations is smaller than Miro's.

Best for: European schools, public bodies and companies that need EU hosting or self-hosting.
