About Creately
Creately is an online diagramming and visual collaboration tool from Australian company Cinergix. It covers the usual flowcharts, UML, network diagrams, mind maps and wireframes on an infinite canvas, with real-time collaboration and a large template library. In recent years it has grown into a set of products built on the same canvas: Atlas for org charts built from people data, Process for BPMN process inventories, plus Blueprint, Compass and Clinical for more specialised modelling. Shapes can carry data fields and connect to outside sources, so a diagram can work more like a lightweight database view. The free plan is permanent but caps diagrams at a small number of shapes; paid Pro and Business plans remove limits and add exports, private sharing and data connections, and Enterprise adds SSO, data residency and an on-premises option. Integrations include Confluence, Microsoft Teams and Slack. The breadth can make the product feel busy if you only need a quick flowchart.
