About Glow
Glow is a fertility and period tracking app best known among people trying to conceive. You log periods, symptoms, sex, temperature and test results, and it forecasts your fertile window and ovulation day. A partner can connect their own account to get shared alerts and their own health logs. Glow is part of a family of four apps: Glow for fertility, Glow Nurture for pregnancy, Glow Baby for newborn feeding, sleep and diaper logs, and Eve by Glow for period tracking. One Premium subscription unlocks extras across all four, including an AI health assistant, advanced symptom charts, comparisons with other users' data, premium articles and no ads. The free version covers predictions, the calendar and daily logging. A large community forum is a big part of the app. It runs on iPhone and Android. People who want minimal data sharing or a calmer, ad-free free tier may prefer other trackers.
Best for: Couples trying to conceive who want partner sharing and an app that carries on into pregnancy and baby care.
