About Flo
Flo is the most widely used period-tracking app. You log periods, symptoms, moods and other signs, and it predicts upcoming periods and fertile windows, then follows you through trying to conceive, pregnancy and perimenopause. The free version covers period and ovulation predictions, symptom tracking, a calendar and cycle history. Flo Premium adds a large library of articles, videos and audio reviewed by its medical team, deeper pattern analysis, a symptom checker, a printable report for your doctor and detailed pregnancy tracking. After privacy criticism in the past, Flo added an Anonymous Mode that lets you use the app without linking your identity. It suits people who want a polished, all-in-one cycle and pregnancy app with lots of educational content. It runs on iPhone and Android, with a separate Flo for Partners feature for sharing.
Best for: People who want an all-in-one cycle, fertility and pregnancy tracker with lots of guidance.
