About Meetily
Meetily records, transcribes and summarises meetings entirely on your own computer, so audio and notes never leave it. It works alongside Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and other apps by capturing system audio, provides real-time transcription, and uses local AI models to produce summaries, so it can run offline. The open-source Community edition is free and includes the full local transcription engine and local AI processing. Meetily Pro, sold as a yearly per-user licence with a 14-day free trial, adds features such as speaker identification, more import formats and priority support, and Enterprise offers volume licensing and help with custom deployment. The project has drawn a large following on GitHub as an alternative to Otter and Granola for people who can't send meeting audio to the cloud. Running models locally needs a reasonably capable machine, and setup is less polished than commercial cloud notetakers.
