Lindy is an AI "employee" that teams hand everyday work to through Slack, email, iMessage or a Chrome extension. You @mention it with a request, such as pulling ad spend into a report, triaging a support queue, updating the CRM after a call or drafting replies, and it calls the connected apps to finish the job, asking for approval before anything that sends or writes. It connects to Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and well over a thousand other tools, supports MCP servers, records and searches meetings, can make and take phone calls, and runs routines on a schedule such as daily briefs. Skills and memory are stored as editable files shared by the team. Lindy is billed per seat with a pooled monthly credit allowance and top-ups, after free starter credits; enterprise plans add HIPAA, SSO and audit logs. Compared with classic workflow builders, you describe the work rather than drawing a flow, which is easier but less predictable.
