About MyJio
MyJio is the account app for Reliance Jio, the mobile and home broadband operator owned by Jio Platforms. It covers the basics of recharging prepaid numbers, paying postpaid and JioHome broadband bills, checking near real-time data usage and validity, and pulling call and data statements going back six months. Several Jio numbers and a home Wi-Fi line can be linked to one login, and new JioHome connections can be booked and tracked from the app. Jio uses MyJio as a front door to its wider ecosystem, so the app also opens JioAICloud storage with a free allowance, a finance tab with UPI, bill payments and insurance, music and live TV, games, grocery shopping and online doctor consultations. The app is free on Android and iOS and can be used on the Jio network without consuming data; what you pay for is the Jio plan.
