About Quire
Quire is a collaborative task manager whose signature feature is an infinitely nested task tree: you break a goal into tasks, subtasks and sub-subtasks as deep as you like, then switch the same project to a Kanban board, timeline or calendar. Smart folders, filters, tags, recurring tasks and sublists help slice big projects, and integrations connect to Slack, GitHub, Google Drive and others. The interface is clean and works well for individuals and small teams who plan by outlining, such as product teams, freelancers and students. It is lighter than Asana or Wrike on portfolio reporting, workload management and automation. There is a free plan with core features and limits on members and projects, then Professional, Premium and Enterprise plans priced per member per month with an annual discount; training and consultancy are sold separately. Quire runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps.
Best for: People and small teams who plan by breaking work into deeply nested task lists.
