About Ragic
Ragic, built by a Taiwanese company, lets you create databases by designing sheets that look like spreadsheets or paper forms. Behind the scenes these become linked tables, so you can build order systems, inventory, CRM, HR records and other ERP-style applications with subtables, approvals, access rights, reports and printable templates. It is used by small and mid-sized companies, particularly in Asia, that have outgrown Excel but cannot justify a custom ERP project, and it offers on-premises deployment for teams of ten or more. Pricing is clear and low: a free plan with a few sheets and records, then Lite and Professional plans per user per month in US dollars, plus an enterprise tier and AI features. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps and supports several languages. The design feels utilitarian and spreadsheet-like rather than modern, and building complex applications still takes time to learn.
Best for: Small and mid-size businesses building ERP-style systems that outgrew Excel.
