About Recruitee

Recruitee is an Amsterdam-founded applicant tracking system that is now sold as Tellent Recruitee, part of a suite that also includes an HRIS with performance management. It focuses on collaborative hiring: hiring managers and interviewers can review candidates, leave scorecards and move people through pipelines without recruiter hand-holding. It includes a career site builder, multi-posting to job boards, sourcing and referral tools, agency management, assessments, automation, WhatsApp hiring and reporting. Pricing is quote-based across several plans with a free trial. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. It is popular with European SMBs and mid-sized companies; larger enterprises may find its reporting and permission models less deep than enterprise tools, and US job board integrations are narrower than US-born rivals.

Best for: Growing European companies that want collaborative hiring with hiring managers involved.
