About Sesame HR
Sesame HR is a Valencia-based HR platform for small and mid-sized businesses, used widely in Spain and Latin America and available in other European markets and the US. It started with time tracking and clock-ins, which Spanish law requires, and expanded into absences and holidays, shift management, documents, recruiting, internal communications, performance, training and payroll preparation, with an AI assistant on top. Plans are priced per employee per month with a minimum amount, are cheaper billed annually, and add modules as you move up from the time-focused Essential tier; there is a free trial. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. It is very affordable and easy to roll out for hourly and office staff alike, but larger or international companies will find its reporting, payroll and integrations lighter than mid-market HRIS platforms.
Best for: SMBs in Spain and Latin America that need compliant time tracking and simple HR.
