About Zoho People

Zoho People is Zoho's HR management app. It handles employee records, attendance and shift scheduling, leave management, timesheets, onboarding, performance appraisals, learning, case management for HR queries, and custom forms and workflows, with AI help from Zoho's Zia assistant. It is one of the cheaper HRIS options per user, which makes it popular with small and mid-sized businesses, and it connects to Zoho Payroll, Zoho Recruit and the rest of the Zoho suite. There is a 30-day free trial on paid plans. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. The customisation is a strength and a burden: setting it up well takes effort, the interface is less polished than newer HR tools, and payroll depends on Zoho Payroll's availability in your country or a third-party integration.
