About Spekit
Spekit gives sales teams one place for approved content, training and answers, and pushes it into the tools reps already use. Enablement and marketing teams manage content and learning paths in Spekit, and reps get it through a Chrome extension, Slack, Outlook and an AI assistant called Sidekick that answers questions from that governed content. It started as just-in-time guidance for Salesforce, showing what a field means or which step comes next, and that in-app layer is still there. Newer features add AI deal coaching that pulls context from Salesforce and Gong, buyer-facing deal rooms with engagement alerts, and an MCP server so tools like Claude or ChatGPT can use Spekit knowledge. It is aimed at B2B revenue teams in mid-sized and larger companies. Pricing is quote-based through sales, with tiers that add coaching agents and deal rooms. Spekit is SOC 2 compliant.
Best for: B2B revenue teams who want sales content and training delivered inside Salesforce, Slack and email.
Pros and cons
What works
- Delivers content and answers inside Salesforce, Gmail, Slack and Outlook
- In-app field-level guidance in Salesforce, a holdover from its origins
- AI deal coaching that uses Salesforce and Gong context
- MCP access lets outside AI assistants use your approved content
Why people leave
- No public prices; plans are quoted by sales
- Most useful for teams already on Salesforce
- Desktop delivery leans on the Chrome extension, so other browsers get less
