About Whatfix
Whatfix overlays guided walkthroughs, tooltips, task lists, pop-ups and a self-help widget on the software people use at work, from CRMs and HR systems to custom web apps and desktop applications. It is used both for employee training and change management and for onboarding customers in a SaaS product. Alongside guidance, it offers product analytics for tracking user actions, funnels and cohorts, and Mirror, which builds simulated copies of applications for hands-on training. Deployment can be cloud or self-hosted, guidance can work offline, and content can be shown in virtual desktop environments such as Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop, which makes it a common pick in regulated industries. Plans for web and desktop come in Standard, Premium and Enterprise tiers, plus separate mobile plans, all sold through sales with no public prices.
Best for: Enterprises training staff on many web and desktop apps, including in virtual desktop setups.
