About Trainual

Trainual is where a business writes down how it runs and then trains people on it. Managers document processes, policies and role responsibilities, bundle them into onboarding and training paths assigned by role, and add quizzes to check that people actually read the material. An AI assistant drafts SOPs from a short description, generates quizzes, and answers employee questions from the company's own content. Newer suites add an org chart, meeting agendas, goals, scorecards and performance reviews, so it overlaps with lightweight HR and operations tools. It targets companies with roughly 25 to 1,000 employees, especially multi-location and service businesses such as home services, healthcare and agencies. There are hundreds of free templates, a paid course library add-on, mobile apps and a Chrome extension, plus integrations with HRIS and payroll systems and Zapier. Pricing is quote-based through a sales demo rather than published self-serve plans, which makes it harder to evaluate than wiki tools with free tiers.
