About Superblocks
Superblocks began as a Retool competitor for developers and now centres on Clark, an AI agent that builds internal apps from prompts while IT and security teams keep control of integrations, permissions, audit logs and policies. Apps connect to databases, warehouses and APIs, and can be edited visually or in code, synced to Git providers and deployed in Superblocks' cloud or, on Enterprise plans, inside your own VPC so data never leaves your network. The pitch is for large companies that want business teams to build tools with AI without creating ungoverned shadow IT. Pricing starts with a Teams plan at a flat monthly fee that includes a set of apps and AI usage, with a 14-day free trial and extra charges for additional apps, and moves to custom Enterprise pricing for VPC deployment and advanced security. It runs in the browser. Small teams may find it expensive and enterprise-heavy, and much of its value depends on how well the AI agent fits your stack.
Best for: Large companies that want AI-generated internal apps under central IT governance.
