About Swish
Swish manages Mac windows with trackpad and Magic Mouse gestures instead of drag targets or shortcuts. Swipe on a window's title bar to snap it into halves, quarters or 2x2, 3x2 and 3x3 grids; pinch to close or go full screen; swipe down to minimise; and swipe to move windows between monitors or Spaces. There are around 30 gestures for windows, the Dock and the menu bar, each of which can be turned off, and the settings window explains them clearly with a short tutorial. Keyboard users get arrow, WASD and other hotkeys for the same snapping actions. It is made by a single indie developer and sold as a one-off licence that covers two Macs, with a 14-day trial and a student discount, or as part of a Setapp subscription. It is not on the Mac App Store because it needs low-level system access. It runs on macOS 12 and later, and it is far less useful if you mostly use a regular mouse.
Best for: Trackpad users who want to snap and manage windows with gestures.
