About Tapestry

Tapestry, from the long-running Iconfactory studio, combines RSS feeds with posts from social services such as Bluesky, Mastodon and Tumblr, plus podcasts, YouTube channels and more, into a single timeline in strict chronological order with no algorithm. Built-in connectors handle common sources, and third-party connectors can be added for anything with a public feed. You can post directly to Bluesky and Mastodon, mute or muffle topics across all feeds to avoid spoilers, mark items to read later, and sync your reading position over iCloud. The app is private by design, with no server tracking what you load. It is a free app with premium features unlocked by subscription, and it shows private ads in the free tier. It runs on iPhone and iPad. Tapestry is not a full replacement for a dedicated RSS reader or social client, but it suits people who want one calm place to catch up on everything they follow.

Best for: iPhone users who want feeds and social timelines merged into one chronological view.
