Taskade began as a collaborative outliner and task manager, where projects can be viewed as lists, boards, mind maps or calendars and edited in real time with teammates. It has since grown into an AI workspace: you can create AI agents with their own roles and knowledge, train them on your files and projects, run automations across 100+ integrations, and build small hosted web apps from a prompt with its Genesis feature. Projects, documents, agents and automations live side by side in workspaces, which suits small teams that want planning and AI help in one place rather than in separate tools. It runs in the browser and has apps for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android. A free plan covers a few apps and limited AI use; paid plans are priced for small groups of users rather than per seat, and add more AI credits, unlimited agents and more automation runs.
