About Visual DB
Visual DB is a web tool for creating data-entry front ends on databases you already have. It connects to MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server and SQLite, including cloud services such as Azure SQL and Neon, or provides its own database, and lets you design forms with validation and conditional logic, master-detail forms for one-to-many data, spreadsheet-style sheets for bulk editing, and printable reports. An AI-assisted form designer lays out fields automatically. It targets small businesses and IT teams that want to replace Access front ends or hand-rolled admin screens, and it supports security requirements such as HIPAA. Pricing is simple: a free plan for small teams with every feature, then a Business plan per user per month with a five-user minimum. It runs in the browser. It is a small vendor with a narrow focus, so it lacks the automations, integrations and community of larger no-code databases, and app design options are basic.
Best for: Small teams needing friendly data-entry forms over an existing SQL database.
