About Yotpo

Yotpo is an ecommerce marketing platform best known for product reviews and loyalty programs. Its Reviews & UGC product sends automatic review requests by email and SMS, collects photo and video reviews, and displays them in on-site widgets, star ratings and carousels; higher tiers add Google seller ratings, AI review summaries, retail syndication and translation. A separate Loyalty & Referrals product runs points, VIP tiers and refer-a-friend programs, and the two can be bought together. Yotpo has also added tools aimed at how AI search ranks products. It suits mid-sized and larger direct-to-consumer brands, mostly on Shopify, that want reviews and retention under one vendor with account management. Pricing is based on monthly order volume: there is a basic free tier, published starter prices for smaller stores, and custom quotes for Premium and Enterprise. Existing reviews can be imported when switching. It is a web service that plugs into the store's storefront and admin.

Best for: Growing DTC brands wanting reviews and a loyalty program from one vendor.
