About Judge.me
Judge.me is a product reviews app used mainly by Shopify stores. After a purchase it emails customers a review request, then shows the reviews, star ratings and photo or video reviews on product and collection pages through widgets that fit the store theme. Reviews can also feed Google rich snippets, a public all-reviews page and social channels. Its main selling point is price: a free-forever plan covers unlimited review requests and the core widgets, and a single paid plan, Awesome, adds customisation, Google Shopping and Klaviyo integrations, review coupons, AI review summaries and more. That flat pricing, rather than charging by order volume, makes it popular with small and growing stores. It also offers an importer for moving reviews over from other apps. Judge.me was built for Shopify first, and runs as an app inside the store's admin on the web, with versions for other store builders such as BigCommerce, Wix and WooCommerce. Larger brands sometimes move to platforms with loyalty programs and retail syndication.
Best for: Small and growing online stores wanting reviews without per-order pricing.
