About Zoho Cliq

Zoho Cliq is the messaging and communication app in Zoho's suite. It offers channels, direct messages, audio and video meetings with screen sharing, and a developer platform for building bots, slash commands and workflows, with deep links into Zoho CRM, Projects, Desk and other Zoho apps as well as third-party integrations. The free edition covers messaging, channels, file storage and meetings; paid Standard, Professional and Enterprise editions add external channels for working with outside partners, call recording, task management, roles and permissions, audit history and more, with Professional and Enterprise requiring at least ten users.
