About Zoho Projects
Zoho Projects is the project management app in Zoho's large business software family. It covers tasks with subtasks and dependencies, Gantt charts with baselines, Kanban boards, issue tracking, timesheets, resource utilisation, blueprints for enforcing workflows, and dashboards. An AI assistant called Zia can summarise and create tasks, and integrations with Zoho CRM, Books, Desk and other apps are a big draw for companies already using the suite, with connectors to Google and Microsoft apps as well. It is noticeably cheaper per user than Wrike or Smartsheet for a similar feature list, though the interface is busier and some third-party integrations are thinner. There is a free plan for up to five users and a few projects, then Premium, Enterprise and Ultimate tiers priced per user, with a 15-day trial that needs no card. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps.
Best for: Budget-conscious teams, especially those already using other Zoho apps.
