About Zoho Recruit
Zoho Recruit is Zoho's applicant tracking system, offered in two editions: one for corporate HR teams and one for staffing agencies that manage clients and placements. It covers job posting to boards and social networks, a career site, resume parsing, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, assessments, offer letters, automation and reports, with AI matching through Zoho's Zia. A free plan covers one active job for a single recruiter, and paid plans are priced per recruiter with extra hiring manager licences sold in packs; there is a free trial and a money-back guarantee. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps, and integrates with Zoho People and the rest of the Zoho suite. It is inexpensive and flexible, but the interface is busier than newer ATS tools and setup takes time to get right.
Best for: Small companies and staffing agencies that want an inexpensive, customisable ATS.
