About Zoho Workplace
Zoho Workplace is Zoho's answer to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365: one subscription that bundles business email (Zoho Mail), calendar, the Writer, Sheet and Show office editors, WorkDrive file storage, Cliq team chat, Zoho Meeting video calls and an intranet tool called Connect. Admins manage users, single sign-on and security policies from one console, and a built-in tool moves mail, contacts and calendars over from Google or Microsoft, with split delivery so a company can migrate in stages. The editors open and save Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, and several apps have Windows and macOS clients plus mobile apps. It is aimed at small and mid-sized businesses that want a cheaper, privacy-minded suite from a company that doesn't run on advertising. Pricing is per user per month in a few tiers, with cheaper mail-only plans and a forever-free plan that covers email hosting for a handful of users on one domain. It only runs as a Zoho cloud service; there's no self-hosted edition.
