About Attentive

Attentive is a marketing platform best known for text message marketing, used heavily by mid-size and large US retail and ecommerce brands. It grows a subscriber list with on-site sign-up units, then sends campaigns and automated journeys such as welcome series, abandoned cart and back-in-stock alerts across SMS, email, RCS and push notifications. AI features write message copy in the brand's voice, pick audiences and time sends, and compliance tools help with consent and quiet-hour rules. It connects to over 100 ecommerce, loyalty and customer service tools, offers APIs for developers, and can send to customers in more than 20 countries. There is no self-serve plan: pricing is set with sales based on message volume and list size, and onboarding includes hands-on support. Smaller Shopify stores usually find Postscript or Klaviyo easier and cheaper to start with.
