About Omnisend

Omnisend is an ecommerce marketing platform that competes directly with Klaviyo. It integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and other store builders and offers pre-built automations for welcome series, abandoned carts, browse abandonment, order confirmations and post-purchase follow-ups, combining email, SMS and web push in the same workflow. Product pickers, discount codes and segmentation based on purchase history are built in, and reporting shows revenue per campaign. A free plan covers a small list and a few hundred emails a month; paid Standard and Pro plans are priced by contacts, with SMS billed by message. It positions itself as cheaper than Klaviyo and offers to migrate your flows, lists and templates for you. Its data and predictive features are not as deep as Klaviyo's, and it is less suited to businesses that are not online stores. Support is available around the clock.

Best for: Online stores that want email and SMS automation at lower cost than Klaviyo.
