About BusyContacts
BusyContacts is a contact manager for the Mac from BusyMac, the makers of the BusyCal calendar. It works on top of the accounts you already use, syncing directly with iCloud, Google, Office 365, Exchange, Fastmail and other CardDAV servers, so the same contacts still appear in the built-in Contacts app on iPhone and iPad. Its main additions are a customisable multi-column list view, tags that map to iCloud groups and Outlook categories, smart filters that work as saved searches, and an activity list showing emails from Apple Mail, BusyCal events and posts from linked social profiles for each contact. It can link duplicate cards from different accounts into one view, import business cards from images, print labels and envelopes, and share address books with other users. It is a paid app with a free trial, also included in Setapp. It is Mac-only, with no iPhone version of its own.
Best for: Mac users who manage many contacts across work and personal accounts and want CRM-style views.
