About Covve
Covve started as a personal relationship manager and now centres on scanning business cards and capturing leads at events. You photograph a paper card or scan a QR code, and the app reads the details, adds notes and groups, and can pull a short bio on the person. Scanning works offline and recognises many languages, and contacts can be exported to phone contacts or Excel or synced with Outlook and Google Contacts, with Zapier for other tools. Higher plans add event badge scanning, custom fields mapped to a CRM, and a web portal where a team sees every lead captured at a trade show. Native CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Dynamics is an add-on or enterprise feature. Plans are priced per seat, monthly or annually, and annual plans start with a free trial. It runs on iOS and Android, with the portal in a browser. It is aimed at sales people and event teams more than at people organising a personal address book.
Best for: Sales and event teams scanning business cards and badges into contacts or a CRM.
