About Dex
Dex is a personal CRM from DanaHQ for people who want to stay in touch with friends, colleagues and their professional network without using a sales tool. It pulls contacts in from LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, calendars, WhatsApp, Facebook and other sources, keeps job titles up to date when connections change roles, and lets you add notes, groups, important dates and keep-in-touch reminders. A browser extension works on LinkedIn and email, and there are web, desktop and mobile apps. Newer features include research briefings on contacts, a notetaker and an MCP connection so AI assistants can read your network. Dex is subscription only, with Premium and Professional plans that start with a short free trial and a Team plan with SSO; students get a discount. It suits founders, investors, job seekers and anyone who networks a lot, but it costs more than a plain contacts app.
Best for: Founders, investors and job seekers who want reminders to keep up with a large network.
