About Cardhop
Cardhop is a contacts app from Flexibits, the maker of the Fantastical calendar. It sits on top of the contact accounts already on your Apple devices (iCloud, Google, Exchange and others) instead of keeping its own database, so changes show up everywhere. Its main idea is a single input field: type a name plus new details and it adds or edits the card, or type "email Sam" or "call Sue" to act on a contact straight away. It also shows birthdays, maps relationships between people, prints labels and envelopes, and on iPhone and iPad can scan paper business cards into new contacts. Cardhop runs on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro only. The core features are free, while extras such as business cards and scanning need a Flexibits Premium subscription, which also unlocks Fantastical. It fits Apple users who find the built-in Contacts app slow to work with.
Best for: Mac and iPhone users who want a quicker way to find, edit and act on contacts.
