About Codemagic
Codemagic is a CI/CD service built for mobile apps. It started as the go-to CI for Flutter and now supports React Native, native iOS and Android, Ionic and Unity projects. Builds run on hosted Apple silicon Mac minis as well as Linux and Windows machines, and the service handles the painful parts of mobile delivery: code signing and provisioning profiles, automatic build versioning, running tests on simulators and emulators, and publishing to App Store Connect, TestFlight, Google Play and Firebase App Distribution. Workflows can be set up in a visual editor for Flutter or in a codemagic.yaml file. It also offers over-the-air updates for React Native apps. Individuals get a monthly allowance of free macOS build minutes on a single-user plan, teams pay per build minute with extra concurrency sold separately, and enterprises can buy fixed-price annual plans. It is a hosted web service.
Best for: Mobile developers, especially Flutter teams, who want hosted Mac builds and store publishing.
