About Coggle
Coggle is a lightweight, browser-based tool for mind maps and simple flowcharts. Maps grow organically with curved, coloured branches, and you can add images, links, notes and loops that connect separate branches. Collaboration is a core feature: share a link and others can edit in real time, with full change history so you can step back through every edit. The free plan allows unlimited public diagrams but only a few private ones; the paid Awesome plan unlocks unlimited private diagrams and extra features for a low monthly price, and the Organisation plan adds SAML single sign-on, central billing and admin controls. Enterprise customers can run on-premises instances. Coggle is easy enough for schools and casual use, and its pricing is low, but it lacks desktop or mobile apps, advanced layouts and integrations, and maps can get messy when they grow large.
Best for: Students and small teams who want quick shared mind maps in the browser.
