About MindManager

MindManager (originally sold as Mindjet) is the long-standing business choice for mind mapping. Beyond mind maps it handles concept maps, flowcharts, timelines, Gantt charts, process maps and dashboards, with task fields, resources and dates that turn a brainstorm into a project plan. Maps can link to Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams, and the Windows edition has the deepest feature set, including some features not on Mac. Plans include Essentials, a web-only version for individuals; Professional, which bundles desktop apps for Windows and Mac with web and Teams access; and Enterprise with admin tools, SSO and volume licensing. A fully functional 30-day trial is available. MindManager is powerful for structured planning in companies, but it is expensive compared with consumer mind mappers and the interface is dense for casual brainstorming.
