About Expensify

Expensify is one of the best-known expense management tools. Employees snap or forward receipts, Expensify reads them and creates expenses, and reports flow through approval to reimbursement and export into accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and Sage Intacct. It also offers the Expensify Visa Commercial Card, which earns cash back and lowers the subscription bill, virtual cards, travel booking, per diems and mileage tracking, and it can import feeds from existing company cards. Workspaces come in two plans, Collect for straightforward expenses and reimbursements and Control for multi-level approvals, ERP and HR integrations and SSO, and there is a free Submit option for individuals whose company does not use Expensify yet. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. The newer chat-style interface splits opinion, and pricing works best for teams that move their card spend to Expensify.
