About LINE WORKS
LINE WORKS is a business communication suite built to feel like LINE, the consumer messenger that dominates in Japan, Taiwan and Thailand. Alongside one-to-one and group chat it bundles notice boards, a shared calendar, tasks, mail, contacts, file storage, forms and voice and video calls with screen sharing, and its distinctive feature is that staff can message customers and partners who use the regular LINE app. That makes it popular with frontline industries such as retail, logistics, construction and care. The free plan supports up to 30 members with 5 GB of shared storage, and paid Standard and Advanced plans, priced per person per month, remove the member cap and add admin features, larger calls and more storage. Pricing on the English site is shown in yen. Apps cover web, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. It suits organisations in Asia, especially frontline teams already comfortable with LINE.
Best for: Frontline and office teams in Japan and Asia that already use LINE.
