About Merlin

Merlin is an AI assistant that lives mainly in a Chrome extension. A keyboard shortcut opens a chat on any website, and buttons appear on Gmail, LinkedIn, X and YouTube to draft replies, write posts or summarise videos. Through one account you can use models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Meta and DeepSeek without separate subscriptions. The web app adds Projects, which act as reusable knowledge bases for your own documents, and Crafts for generating diagrams, charts and small React app snippets. There are also apps for iPhone and Android, plus a long list of single-purpose tools such as an AI detector and essay writer. Free users get a daily query allowance, with bigger models using more queries; Pro and Teams plans remove most limits. Merlin is made by Foyer Tech Inc. and says it is available in 200+ countries.

Best for: Students and marketers who want many AI models inside Chrome, Gmail and social sites.
