About MindGenius

MindGenius is a mind mapping product focused on planning and managing work. You brainstorm in a map view, then switch the same information into a timeline view with Gantt-style dates, durations and dependencies, or a task board to track progress, so a brainstorm becomes a project plan without retyping. AI can generate a whole project outline or extend selected branches. It comes as MindGenius Online, a collaborative web app that also works with Microsoft Teams, and as MindGenius Desktop for Windows, both now including AI. It is aimed at project managers, small and medium teams, and educators, and the company says it is used by thousands of organisations worldwide. Pricing is subscription-based with a trial. Compared with general mind mappers it is more structured and business-like, which suits planning but feels heavy for casual brainstorming, and it is far less known than MindManager.

Best for: Project managers who want brainstorming and planning in the same tool.
