About Nuclino
Nuclino is a hosted workspace for team knowledge that aims to stay quick and uncluttered. Documents, called items, are edited together in real time and organised into collections, and the same content can be viewed as a list, a kanban board, a table or a graph of linked pages. Infinite canvases cover whiteboard-style planning, and an AI assistant called Sidekick helps with writing and finding information. Embeds cover a long list of tools from Figma and Miro to Google Docs and Loom, and there are an API and an MCP server. It is lighter than Notion or Confluence, which is the point: it opens fast, has keyboard shortcuts everywhere, and has few settings to manage. That simplicity also means fewer advanced permission controls and no databases with formulas. Pricing is per user per month with a free plan capped by item count and paid plans offering a free trial. It runs in the browser with desktop and mobile apps.
Best for: Small teams that want a fast, simple shared wiki with a few visual views.
