About OfficeSuite

OfficeSuite from MobiSystems started as one of the first office apps for phones and is now a pack of five apps, Documents, Sheets, Slides, PDF and Mail, for Windows, Android and iOS. It opens and edits Microsoft Office files as well as OpenDocument and iWork formats, fills and signs PDFs, and connects to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and Box alongside its own cloud storage. The free tier lets you view and do basic editing with ads, while paid subscriptions or one-time licenses unlock full editing, PDF tools and more storage. It is popular on Android, where it has been installed hundreds of millions of times. It is a practical choice if you mostly edit documents on a phone or want an inexpensive Office replacement on a Windows PC. On the other hand, collaboration features are limited compared with Google Docs or Microsoft 365, and the app pushes upgrades and discounts frequently.

Best for: People who edit Office files and PDFs mostly on their phone.
