About Pipefy
Pipefy lets operations, finance, HR and procurement teams build their own workflows without code. Each process is a pipe: requests come in through forms or portals, become cards, and move through phases with required fields, automations and approvals along the way. Databases hold shared records such as suppliers or employees, and guests outside the company can submit and track requests without a paid seat. Newer AI features add agents that can read documents, fill fields and route cards, with human sign-off where needed. There is a free Starter plan for small teams, while Business, Enterprise and Unlimited plans are sold per user with automation and API limits that can be topped up. It runs in the browser with Android and iOS apps, and has a GraphQL API and webhooks for integrations. Pipefy is based in Brazil and its help centre is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
