About Productive
Productive is an all-in-one operations platform for agencies and professional services firms. It covers project management with tasks, boards, Gantt charts and docs, but the main reason to choose it is what sits around the projects: time tracking, budgets, resource planning, a sales pipeline, invoicing, expenses, revenue recognition and profitability forecasting. Managers can see whether a client project is over budget, who has capacity next month and what revenue to expect, without stitching together separate time-tracking, finance and PM tools. Integrations connect it to accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks and to tools like Slack and HubSpot. For an internal team that does not bill clients, it is far more than needed. Plans are charged per user per month with a minimum of three seats; there is no free plan, but there is a 14-day trial without a card. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps.
Best for: Agencies and consultancies that want projects, budgets and finance in one system.
