About Proxmox Mail Gateway
Proxmox Mail Gateway is a ready-made email filtering appliance from the Austrian company behind Proxmox VE. You install it from an ISO or as a virtual appliance between the internet and your own mail server, and it checks all incoming and outgoing mail using Postfix, the ClamAV antivirus engine and SpamAssassin, plus its own rule system. A web interface covers quarantine, tracking and logs, per-user spam reports and clustering for high availability. The whole product is open source under the GNU AGPLv3 and can be used without paying. Paid subscriptions, priced per host with unlimited users and domains, add access to the stable enterprise repository and support tickets. It suits companies and hosting providers running their own mail servers; it is not a hosted service, so you still have to run and update the gateway yourself.
